Suspects in Custody After Shooting in East Dallas TX

Three persons are in custody following a three-hour standoff in an apartment complex on 4900 Reiger Avenue in Old East Dallas on Saturday morning.

They were in hiding after one of the male perps shot the boyfriend of his sister at their home on the 200 block of Alcalde at 9am.

Police secured the apartment complex and tried to negotiate their surrender, using one of the perp's mother as a go-between.

Just after Noon, police used a bullhorn to call the suspects to surrender, which they did within a few minutes.
